Police were searching for a man responsible for an overnight carjacking on Tuesday.
The armed man approached two people who stopped to get gas at the Marathon gas station, located along the 2800 block of Westerville Road, around 1:30 p.m.
The man pointed the gun at the victims before demanding their vehicle and taking off. A description of the carjacker was not immediately available.
Investigators found the victim’s blue 2010 Dodge Charger behind a home in the 2200 block of Agler Road, about four block from the gas station. The victims were not injured during the carjacking.
