Crews at Nationwide Arena received delivery of a new scoreboard on Monday.
A tractor trailer drove into the building to unload the giant electronic system.
Officials with the venue said the scoreboard itself would measure more than 2.5 times the size of the current one, and allow several LED video elements to be added around the arena. A 25-foot video screen was also planned as part of the changes.
