A woman was arrested after allegedly trying to sneak drugs and contraband inside the Richland Correctional Institute.
Janine A. Fulton, 43, was charged with illegal conveyance of drugs or other prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention institution.
According to the Ohio Department of Corrections, the Bucyrus woman stuffed two footballs with the drugs and other items.
