Former Ohio State linebacker Storm Klein pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct on Wednesday.
Klein was arrested on July 6, when he was accused of throwing the mother of his child inside his apartment. Klein was sentenced to 18 months probation.
The incident prompted Ohio State football coach to dismiss Klein from the team. An Ohio State representative said that his status with the team would be reevaluated based on the court's decision.
It was not known when a final decision would be made.
