4 Hospitalized After 2 Crashes Along S.R. 79 In Hebron

State Route 79 in Hebron reopened after two medical helicopters were forced to land on the road after a crash.

According to the Licking County Sheriff’s Office, two people were involved in an injury crash along the 1600 block of Hebron Road, otherwise known as S.R. 79, at about 3 p.m.

A woman and a child were transported via medical helicopters to Columbus hospitals.

The names and conditions of those involved in the crash were not immediately known.

The road was closed for about a half hour.

The traffic congestion caused another crash from which two were transported to hospitals with minor injuries.
