A man was sought for questioning in connection with the sexual assault of a child.
The man, who goes by the aliases Hilario Pazps, Zarate Hilario Pazos and Hilario Pazos Zarate, was wanted for questioning about the assaults, which were inflicted upon a child under the age of 9.
Investigators said that the assaults occurred between 2003 and 2005. The man is thought to be hiding in Ohio or Mexico.
The man is described as 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds.
Central Ohio Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information received by Aug. 29 leading to the arrest or indictment of the people responsible for the thefts.
