Police were investigating a late Saturday night shooting.
According to investigators, an unidentified man was shot multiple times in the chest near North Garfield and Old Leonard avenues around 11:20 p.m.
The victim was taken to Grant Medical Center. His condition was not immediately known.
The events leading to the shooting were under investigation. Police did not immediately release a description of the shooter.
