Police were searching for the person responsible in a deadly east side shooting on Saturday.
According to police, Charles P. Rogers was shot along North 22nd Street shortly before 4:20 p.m.
Rogers, 51, was transported for medical attention. He was pronounced dead around 8:30 p.m.
Investigators said that the incident appeared to be a drive-by shooting. The events leading to the shooting were under investigation.
