The Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team tracked a man accused of murder in Michigan to Columbus.
Ferlando D. Hunter was arrested after a warrant was issue for his arrest.
Hunter, 22, faces felony murder, assault with intent to murder, armed robbery, first-degree home invasion and felony weapon charges.
Hunter was allegedly involved in a home invasion on Aug. 9 in Detroit, Mich. During the alleged home invasion, Hunter and three other people allegedly shot and killed one person and beat another to death with a baseball bat, according to U.S. Marshals.
The strike team worked closely with the U.S. Marshal’s Office and officers from the Detroit Police Department to locate and arrest Hunter.
