Police said that alcohol may have been a factor in an early Friday morning crash.
A driver lost control along Tenagra Way, striking a car and then a home around 3 a.m.
A passenger inside the crashed vehicle was hospitalized for a concussion, a broken wrist and left ankle and a possible back injury.
The driver, who was not injured, caused damage to the corner of the house.
According to a search warrant obtained by 10TV News, the driver refused treatment and told officers that he was being a “good drunk.”
10TV News also learned that the driver, who was not identified because he has not been charged, had a previous drunken-driving conviction in 2001 and has a drunken-driving case pending in Franklin County from an incident in April.
No one inside the home was injured.
