A man wanted in Ohio for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl was arrested in Billings, Mont.
David Martin was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Wednesday without incident.
Martin is accused of impregnating the girl, who family members said had the baby in April.
Martin is charged with two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and rape.
Morrow County Prosecutor's Office said that the girls' mother was friends with Martin.
Authorities tracked Martin to Billings, Mont., after learning that he could be living there.
The man currently is in custody at the Yellowstone County Detention Facility and is being held without bond.
