Police arrested a man and woman after a shooting in North Columbus Monday night.

Police said a man was shot in an SUV near Kimberly Avenue and Oakland Park Avenue around 7:30 p.m.

The victim, identified as Kejuan Jenkins, drove two blocks down the street to the Maize Market where police found him.

Witnesses said the shooting stemmed from some kind of argument.

A boy witnessed the shooting. We are not identifying him because of his age.

"She was arguing with a lady in a truck and she had came out with a gun." The boy said. "And what happened is the lady with the gun started shooting at the lady in the car and the lady in the car started driving."

A police detective at the scene said the victim was dressed in feminine clothes.

"I believe he was, I cannot say for sure, but I believe he was wearing women's clothing." Detective Martin Kestner with the Columbus Division of Police said.

Jenkins was transported Riverside Methodist Hospital. Police said he was expected to survive his injuries.

Angelica Love, 25, and Michael Long, 29, were charged with felonious assault in connection with the shooting.
