A Licking County judge sentenced a Newark man to 14 years in prison for raping a girl.
Roy Smith pleaded no contest to four counts of rape.
He raped the girl four times over a two-year period beginning when she was 11 years old.
Smith will also have to register as a tier three sex offender for the rest of his life after he's released.
