An east side women's clinic was evacuated on Friday because of a bomb threat.
According to police, a report of a pipe bomb at the Women's Clinic of Columbus, located at 3242 E. Main St., was called in shortly before noon.
Police said that a person called and said that there were five bombs inside.
Investigators said that they did not find any evidence of bombs after bomb-sniffing dogs searched the facility.
The clinic's website states that the clinic is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to care for the well-being and education of women and men, particularly those experiencing an unexpected pregnancy.
