Experts said on Friday that the "Hilltop Creeper" seems to be gaining confidence, considering his appearances increased from 12 to 19 in just one week -- a 58 percent increase.

CrimeTracker 10 narrowed down the period during which time the creeper seems to strike the most-- from 5-6 a.m. and 7 a.m.

According to experts, the Creeper is an opportunist. His favored means of entry is through unlocked doors and windows. He has targeted women, men and children.

"What makes this exciting to him, I think, is that fact that the danger of someone being in the house other than the female," Former FBI Profiler Harry Trombitas said.

Trombitas said that the Creeper is becoming more brazen.

Police are keeping certain details of the case under wraps so as not to jeopardize the investigation.
