Bomb Squad Finds No Threat Inside Package At Port Columbus

The bomb squad was on scene at Port Columbus International Airport Monday night because of a suspicious package.

According to an airport spokeswoman, a package was found near a bus stop on the arrival level shortly after 10 p.m.

No threat was made in conjunction with the suspicious package.

Airport officials were directing people away from the arrival area.

The suspicious package had no immediate impact on flights.

There were no reports of injuries.
