Man Robbed After Responding To Craigslist Ad

Columbus Police dispatchers said a man called 911 at 1:32 p.m. Sunday and reported he was robbed while responding to a Craigslist ad.

The victim told police he went to Providence Glen Apartments at 2421 Adonai Blvd. In northeast Columbus to purchase a laptop that had been advertised on Craigslist. He said when he got to the apartment, he was robbed instead.

A Columbus Police dispatch supervisor told 10TV the suspect ran from the apartments after the robbery.

So far, there have been no arrests in the case.
