Police arrested a man in connection with an early Thursday morning shooting.
Leo Drennen was arrested and charged with felonious assault after a woman was shot in west Columbus around 2:30 a.m.
The woman was found near Hague Avenue with a gunshot wound to the upper body.
The victim, whose identity was not released, was taken to Mount Carmel West Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The events leading to the shooting were under investigation.
