A murder suspect surrendered to Columbus police Tuesday.
Police said Paris Thompson, 21, was charged with murder on Monday for the death of Joshua Fisher.
He turned himself in at Columbus Police headquarters around 3:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Fisher, 22, was shot and killed at an apartment complex on Marwood Court on Sunday, July 29.
Police said Fisher was shot after an argument with Thompson.
