The Knox County Prosecutor’s Office is taking to social media to track down two people who failed to appear in court.
David R. Atkinson was scheduled on a drug possession charge, but never showed up, leading prosecutors to obtain a warrant for his arrest.
Atkinson’s photo with the words “Wanted” above his face was posted to the prosecutor’s office Facebook page , which has 663 likes.
The prosecutor’s office also used Facebook to track down Tina Oliver. Oliver, 38, failed to appear before a judge on a charge of passing bad checks.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of either person is asked to contact the Knox County Prosecutor's Office at 740-393-6720.
