Two people were injured in a shooting on the northeast side early Sunday morning.
The shooting occurred around 12:58 a.m. in the 5000 Block of North Meadows Boulevard.
One person was taken to Grant Medical Center, another was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
The extent of their injuries or conditions were not available.
The victims' identities were not released. Police did not immediately make any arrests.
The events leading to the shooting were under investigation.
