Photographer Accused In Connection With Child Pornography Turns Self In

The search is over for the Dublin photographer accused of possessing child pornography and secretly recording a child.

Royce Nicely turned himself in to Grandview Heights police on Tuesday.

Nicely, 41, was indicted on more than 20 counts in connection with child pornography. Nicely allegedly took video of a teen in various states of nudity without her knowledge.

Investigators found pictures on Nicely’s business computer where they also discovered other child-pornography related videos.

He faces charges including voyeurism, tampering with evidence and pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.

If convicted on all charges, Nicely could face more than 10 years in prison.
