Investigators said that a Tuesday morning house fire was intentionally set.
A patrolling police officer noticed the blaze at the vacant single-family home, located at 2405 Bancroft Street, at about 4 a.m.
Firefighters controlled the blaze quickly and arson investigators determined that the fire was intentionally set.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
