A 17-year-old Commercial Point boy has admitted to a juvenile charge that is the equivalent of rape.
The Pickaway County Juvenile Court prosecutor said Colten Hanna admitted to having sex with a 12-year-old Pickaway County girl in December.
Hanna could serve a minimum of one year in the Department of Youth Services or be kept until he turns 21 years old.
His sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 13.
