A man was shot multiple times while walking his dog on the south west side.
According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Steven Burke was walking his dog along the 800 block of Harrisburg Pike when someone drove by and shot at him several times at about 10:15 p.m. Sunday.
Burke was struck twice, and the driver of the vehicle drove off.
Burke was taken to Grant Medical center with two gunshot wounds to his upper body. He was expected to survive.
