Investigators were working to learn how a burning car ended up on a high school football field on Monday morning.
No one was inside the car, which was discovered on the Franklin Heights High School football field, located at 1001 Demorest Rd., at about 1:30 a.m.
Fire investigators were working to learn who was responsible for the fire. It was not yet known if the field was seriously damaged.
