Special Information:
We’re looking at another day with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Just like yesterday, the day won’t be a complete washout, but showers and storms will be possible at just about any point in the day. Even though thunderstorms are possible, we’re not expecting any severe weather.
Rain will be most likely southeast of the I-71 corridor where rainfall totals could range from .25”-.50” with higher amounts possible with any thunderstorms that develop. Rain chances will decrease as you head northwest of Columbus. Highs will range from the upper 80s northwest of Columbus where rain chances are low to the mid 80s from Columbus southward where we will have more clouds and a better chance for rain.
High pressure will bring mainly dry conditions Monday with highs back around 90. We’ll be hot and humid again Tuesday before a front brings some changes Wednesday. We’re expecting showers and storms Wednesday followed by dry weather and slightly cooler temperatures in the mid 80s Thursday through Saturday.
Alerts: None.
Inconvenient Weather: A few showers and storms will be possible throughout the day. Keep an umbrella handy if you plan to take part in any outdoor activities.
Planning Your Day: Look for partly to mostly cloudy skies with the chance for showers this morning and a few thunderstorms possible in the afternoon.
