An Ohio mother was arrested on drug and weapons charges after being stopped along U.S. Route 33 in Athens County with her 3-year-old in the vehicle.
Sheriff's deputies said a drug dog indicated drugs were in Cicily Rachelle Ullum's vehicle after she was pulled over on Saturday.
Investigators said they found drugs and a handgun.
Ullum's child was put in the care of Athens County Children's Services.
