Planned AEP Outage Will Cut Lights For One Hour

American Electric Power notified customers in Lancaster who will lose power for one hour Friday into Saturday morning, 10TV News reported.

 

AEP Ohio spokeswoman Vikki Michalski said crews planned to adjust settings inside a transformer. It was a planned outage.

 

The outage will begin at midnight and last about an hour. It affects people living near the River Valley Mall.

 

The Lancaster Eagle Gazette reported 3,300 customers will lose power.

 

AEP left voice messages to people affected by the outage.
