UPDATED: Wednesday July 11, 2012 5:25 PM

An arrest warrant was issued for a Dublin photographer who was indicted on Wednesday on more than 20 counts in connection with child pornography.

Royce Nicely was first arrested in March and charged with pandering obscenity involving a minor.

Wednesday’s indictments included 16 counts of pandering sexual material involving a minor, two counts of voyeurism involving a minor, three other counts of voyeurism and one count of tampering with evidence.

According to the indictment, Nicely, 41, allegedly took video of a teen without her knowledge between May 2010 and August 2011 in various states of nudity. Investigators said that pictures were located on Nicely’s business computer on which he had various other child-pornography related videos.

An investigation was initiated by Nicely’s wife, who  called Grandview Heights police in March. According to a search warrant, Nicely’s wife found videos on a business computer at the couple’s Dublin home that appeared to show a girl in various stages of nudity. Police also searched Nicely's computer at Petty Studio, located in Grandview Heights.

If convicted on all charges, Nicely could face more than 10 years in prison.

Police said that they expected Nicely would turn himself in on Saturday because he was out of state on Wednesday.
