City Could Force Downtown Tent To Be Removed

Monday July 9, 2012 6:39 PM

Columbus City Council introduced legislation Monday night that would force protestors to remove an unoccupied tent that has sat in front of the statehouse for months.

A proposal in front of the council would require all protests have someone present.

The tent has been mostly used to hold supplies in recent months.

It is the last remaining tent installed in front of the statehouse as part of the Occupy movement.
