Construction Worker Falls From Roof After Being Shocked

A construction worker was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital on Friday morning after falling from a roof.

Upper Arlington fire officials said that the man, identified as Salvador Ruiz, fell from a roof after being shocked along Woodbridge Road shortly before noon.

Fire officials said that the Ruiz, who was part of a roofing company, was in cardiac arrest when they arrived.

Ruiz was in critical condition Friday afternoon.
