Investigators are searching for a man who allegedly robbed a store on the Fourth of July.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office said that a man entered the Mosier IGA store, located at 21701 state Route 347, in Raymond, displayed a handgun and handed a clerk a note demanding money.
After the clerk complied with his demands, the robber fled the scene in an older model gold Honda with spots of rust on it and a red tag that covered the license plate.
The robber was described as a white male in his twenties wearing a white tee shirt, dark shorts and white sneakers, wearing a straw “cowboy” style hat. Investigators said that he used a white cloth to cover part of his face.
Investigators asked anyone with information to contact the Union County Sherriff’s Office at 937-645-4110.
