The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning until 7:45 p.m. for the following counties:
Marion
Expect showers and storms that could bring damaging winds and large hail tonight.
Thursday’s overnight low temperature will drop to 74 degrees, Doppler 10 chief meteorologist Chris Bradley said. Storms will leave central Ohio warm and muggy overnight.
Look for another sunny and hot day on Friday, which will see a high reaching 100 degrees.
Saturday will be sunny, hot and dry with a high of 100 degrees.
A cold front is expected to reach central Ohio late Sunday and will bring temperatures down into the mid 80s beginning on Monday, Bradley said.
