The Fairfield County Chapter of the American Red Cross shelter was relocated Monday morning.
According to Red Cross representatives, two shelters, located at 121 W. Mulberry St. and 438 Wheeling St., were closed because of a power outage caused by Sunday evening's storm.
The emergency cooling center and overnight emergency shelter was relocated to 2095 W. Fair Ave., at about 8 a.m., 10TV News reported.
It was not known when the shelters would reopen.
Storms on Sunday night left 20,000 customers without electricity while crews worked to fix earlier outages.
