Strong storms forming Saturday afternoon in Indiana could pose a risk for central Ohio tonight.
The storms are expected to move east/southeast throughout the evening, Doppler 10 meteorologist Josh Poland said.
The Storm Prediction Center has central and southern Ohio under a slight risk for severe storms with damaging winds the biggest concern, but it is not a guarantee that everyone will see storms, Poland said.
Saturday night is expected to be warm and muggy with overnight lows around 71 degrees.
Sunday will be another hot and muggy day with highs in the low to mid 90s and another chance for afternoon and evening storms.
An air quality alert for high ozone pollution levels will also be in effect Sunday across central Ohio, Poland said.
Highs will likely stay in the 90s all the way through next Friday.
Afternoon storms will be possible each day of the workweek.
