Strong storms caused widespread damage on Friday with reports of strong wind and large hail, and they will be possible again today.
The Storm Prediction Center has placed nearly all of Ohio under a slight risk for severe storms with damaging winds and large hail, Doppler 10 meteorologist Josh Poland said.
Temperatures will reach 94 degrees on Saturday, with heat index values around 100 degrees, Poland said. A heat advisory is also in effect.
Sunday will be another hot and muggy day with highs reaching 93 degrees. A chance for afternoon and evening storms is also possible.
Highs will likely stay in the 90s all the way through next Friday. Afternoon storms will be possible each day of the workweek, Poland said.
