A man wanted for allegedly taking pictures up a woman’s skirt in Columbus was located in Puerto Rico, 10TV News reported on Wednesday.
Fernando Pazo Collazo is wanted on a voyeurism charge. He originally was arrested in August 2010 but failed to show for his scheduled court date.
Collazo was one of the first fugitives listed on the City Attorney’s “Fugitive of the Week” program, 10TV News reported.
A background check agency in Puerto Rico found Collazo’s warrant information posted on the Columbus City Attorney’s Facebook page and official Web site.
The background check agency contacted Assistant City Prosecutor Bill Hedrick and confirmed the warrant.
Collazo is suspected of videotaping at least 10 other women in Columbus.
