A woman who suffered serious injuries in a Monday afternoon crash died early Wednesday morning.
Elena Burnett was driving along the ramp from Interstate 270 east to Cleveland Avenue when her car crashed into the guardrail and then a cement wall, 10TV News reported.
Burnett, 46, was transported to St. Ann's Hospital, in Westerville, before being airlifted to Mount Carmel West Hospital, in Columbus.
She was pronounced dead at 4:48 a.m. at Mount Carmel West Hospital. The circumstances leading to the crash were under investigation.
