The Ohio State Highway Patrol seized cocaine valued at $2.8 million dollars during a traffic stop early Wednesday.

Troopers received a tip about suspicious activity by the driver of a tractor trailer Springfield this morning.

Troopers stopped the truck, searched it and found 32 kilograms of cocaine in the sleeper area of that truck.

Troopers arrested the 30-year-old driver, whose name was not immediately released, on felony drug charges.

The Highway Patrol established the #677 hotline number in February.
