A horse along Interstate 70 near Interstate 270 on the west side restricted traffic Wednesday night.
Police said that they implemented rolling roadblocks to restrict traffic and capture the horse shortly before 8 p.m., 10TV News reported.
The horse was captured about 20 minutes later.
Police said that they believed they knew who the owner was, 10TV News reported.
