Hilliard police charged a mother after they said she had drugs inside her car, along with her children.
Hilliard police arrested Dena Vowell, 26, of West Mansfield following a traffic stop Monday on Fishinger Boulevard, 10TV News reported.
Officers said they found black tar heroin, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia in the car.
They said Vowell also had young children inside.
Vowell was arrested on charges of drug abuse and endangering children.
