Representatives from Easton Town Center announced expansion plans for the mall on Tuesday.
Co-developers Steiner + Associates and the Georgetown Co. announced plans to add more than 50,000 square feet for new tenants by the end of 2012. Plans also include the renovation of more than 150,000 square feet of existing space.
This expansion will include space for high-end retail stores like Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Tommy Bahama and Sephora.
Columbus-based T-shirt company, Homage, also plans to locate in the new space, 10TV News reported.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant and Brazilian Steakhouse also plan to join the more than 30 restaurants already located at Easton.
Yaromir Steiner, CEO of Steiner + Associates, said that he believes that the project is helping Easton grow.
“Our vision of Easton has been, and continues to be, to challenge ourselves to make it better every day,” Steiner said.
This year, Easton and its tenants are investing more than $20 million in renovations.
Representatives said that they wanted to update Brio Tuscan Grille, AMC Easton Town Center, Express and Victoria’s Secret.
Additional parking spaces are also planned to match the growth, officials said.
Adam Flatto, President of Georgetown Co., said that he was excited about the new plans.

Easton Town Center drives in more than 22 million visitors annually, 10TV News reported.
