The ramp from Interstate 270 east to Cleveland Avenue was open Monday evening after a single-vehicle crash.
According to police, one person was transported to a hospital in critical condition after the crash, which occurred shortly after 2:30 p.m.
The road reopened at about 5:10 p.m.
Police said that the driver crashed into a wall on the side of the highway, 10TV News reported.
The name of the person involved in the crash was not immediately released.
