Deputies were investigating the deaths of two men on Sunday morning.
According to the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office, two men were found shot near an apartment in the Coventry Estates complex, located near Cambridge, at about 2:45 a.m.
Deputies said that one man was found dead in the yard in front of the apartment. Another man was found in the backyard suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, 10TV News reported.
The second victim was transported to Southeast Ohio Regional Medical Center, where he later died.
Investigators said that both bodies were being transported to Stark County for autopsies. The identities of the victims were not immediately released.
The events leading to the shootings were under investigation.
