New felony charges were brought against a man on Friday accused of severely injuring a 17-month-old.
A grand jury indicted Scott Riley on felony child endangering and felonious assault charges, 10TV News reported.
The child’s mother, Amber Scott, also is charged with child endangering.
The child is out of the hospital but could suffer long-term effects from his injuries.
