More than 10 grams of heroin, Percocet and cash were seized from a house after a search warrant was issued, 10TV News reported on Thursday.
The search warrant, served as a result of a citizen complaint, was executed on Wednesday at a home, located at 367 E. Water St., according to Chillicothe police.
Constance Blocker, who lived at the home, was arrested and charged with permitting drug abuse.
Terrance "T.C." Collins and Robert Darks, both from Columbus, were charged with heroin possession.
Ginger Gonz, of Chillicothe, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs.
Carmen McCoy, of Columbus, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence.
Police said that they received a tip that Collins and Darks were bringing drugs from Columbus to Chillicothe with the intent to distribute them. Both have criminal histories.
