Robber Flees After Targeting Downtown Bank

Police were searching for the person who robbed a downtown Key Bank Wednesday morning.

According to police, someone approached a teller at the Key Bank, located at 88 E. Broad St., and took the money shortly after 9 a.m.

A description of the robber, who ran away from the scene toward an alley behind Rhodes Tower, was not immediately released. No one was injured in the robbery, 10TV News reported.

A dye pack exploded on the alleged robber, 10TV News reported.
