Ohio Stadium renovations could mean the Ohio State spring game moves out of the city, 10TV News reported on Wednesday.
Talks were under way to move the LiFE Sports Springs Game to Cincinnati's Paul Brown Stadium, the home of the Bengals, according to OSU.
Ohio State Athletics Director Gene Smith said that he was appreciative to be in talks with the Bengals.
"We look forward to continuing our discussions and look forward to an opportunity to bring the Buckeyes into Cincinnati and closer to our southern Ohio fans," Smith said.
Ohio Stadium will undergo repairs that include stripping and replacing coating and concrete off of portions of A and C decks. Construction is slated to be complete later in 2013.
