Children Services representatives said that a toddler found alone on Wednesday morning was returned safely to his parents.
The boy was found screaming on the porch of a building, located along the corner of Livingston and Ohio avenues, at about 3:30 a.m., 10TV’s Shayla Reaves reported.
One person heard the boy’s cries from the 700 block of South Ohio Avenue and called police.
Children services representatives said that they located the child’s parents at about 6:45 a.m. The child was not injured.
